We are an independent video game studio specializing in VR, best known for Blade & Sorcery, a physics-based medieval fantasy combat sandbox built around player freedom, deep interaction, and emergent gameplay. As a fully remote international team, we value autonomy, ownership, and practical creativity.

About the Role
As a Weapon Concept Artist, you will work under the guidance of our Art Director to create weapon concepts for our next virtual reality game.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing weapons with a strong visual identity in a realistic style while respecting the project’s guidelines.
- Understanding and following the art direction to create compelling visual concepts.
- Creating detailed and functional 3D concepts to serve as a base for the modeling and integration teams.
- Adapting designs to technical constraints and limitations.

Qualifications
- Excellent skills with 3D software (preferably Blender).
- Ability to create technical drawings with clear operational explanations.
- Good understanding of the video game development process and its technical constraints.
- Proactive mindset and strong team spirit.
- Good level of English to communicate with the team and participate in occasional meetings.
Additional Specific Skills
- Strong traditional drawing and rough sketching skills without relying on photobashing.
- Understanding of game design principles and design intentions.
Personal Qualities
- Creative and passionate about video games.
- Motivated and autonomous.
- Able to work efficiently from home.
- Responsive and adaptable.

Additional (Optional)
- Knowledge of Unity Engine constraints.
- Knowledge of visual identity design (icons, logos, composition, layout).

- Position available immediately. This is a 100% remote role, as we are an international team with no physical office. Flexible working hours.
- Compensation will be based on your profile and experience.
