We’re now seeking a brilliant Concept Designer to join our team—someone who excels at turning bold ideas into standout Semi-Permanent POS displays that resonate with audiences, make brands unforgettable, and shape the future of beauty, lifestyle, and retail.
This is a hybrid role, blending work between our local HH Global office, client/supplier sites, and home.

The Opportunity
You’ll be at the forefront of concept-to-reality design, driving high-impact, brand-defining retail experiences. Imagine:
- Designing iconic POS displays that blend aesthetics, functionality, and commercial insight -ウンえ^ orturing from layout sketches to fully realised visuals in 3D, mood boards, and pitch decks
- Collaborating with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production to ensure flawless execution
- Pushing creative boundaries while keeping material costs, sustainability, and brand consistency at the core

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Creative Development
- Develop bold, innovative POS concepts that blend art, commerce, and sustainability
- Translate client briefs into commercially viable, on-brand ideas—from first sketch to final spec
- Create mood boards, storyboards, and 3D concepts that captivate clients and stakeholders
Technical & Product Design
- Design bespoke fixtures, components, and modular systems with cost, functionality, and climate impact in mind
- Stay well-versed in materials science (e.g., wood, metal, acrylics) and manufacturing processes

Delivery & Presentation
- Present ideas to clients, conveying vision, logic, and commercial rationale, and adapt to feedback
- Develop high-impact pitch decks that tell compelling design stories
Sustainability & Efficiency
- Embed eco-conscious thinking into every design—optimising materials, reducing waste, and improving recyclability
- Explore modular, reusable, or reusable-he-friendly Playplay systems*
- Champion sustainability initiatives without compromising on creative ambition
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production Teams to navigate challenges and meet deadlines
- Balance multiple complex projects while staying focused, adaptable, and proactive
Continuous Innovation
- Stay ahead of retail and POS design trends, and continually push the boundaries of what’s possible
Your Skills & Experience
Core Knowledge & Competencies
- Proven experience in Product, Industrial, Furniture, or 3D Design, with a focus on retail POS solutions
- Expertise in Semi-Permanent POS display design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your process—from ideation and sketching to finished deliverables
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Cinema 4D & Rhino preferred), as well as Adobe Creative Suite for graphic work
- Sketching fluency—key for visualising ideas and delivering compelling storyboards and moodboards
- Deep understanding of materials and their capabilities (woods, metals, acrylics, laminates, etc.)
- Experience applying sustainable design principles—reducing environmental impact through clever design and material choice
Creative Mindset
- Drive by design intuition, Keynse commercial awareness, and leaning on expertise when needed
- Problem-solver with an agency mindset—fast-thinking, curious, and resistant to stale approaches
- Always exploring real-world solutions and storytelling techniques that sell ideas
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and maintain high standards in dynamic environments
Communication & Teamwork
- Strong presentation skills—able to clearly articulate ideas to a range of stakeholders
- Confidence in pushing boundaries without losing focus on client needs
