Job Overview
Hybrid role offering £38,000 – £52,000 p.a. for a qualified Part II Architect or Part III Architectural Assistant with RIBA Stirling Prize-winning experience.
About the Role
A renowned, centrally located architectural studio—acknowledged for its design excellence—is seeking an ambitious designer or project leader to contribute to its high-performing team.
With recent successes in securing international commissions across sector, including resort, residential, hospitality, and masterplanning, the studio is experiencing sustained growth. We are looking for a trained concept thinker with strong design-centric leadership skills, ideally honed in a leading UK practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must qualify as: an equal opportunities employer (Part II or ARB-registered Part III Architect)
- Strong Visual Communication: Demonstrated via digital portfolio and passion for early-stage design
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Rhino and/or Revit essential
- Independent Problem-Solving: Ability to lead conceptual development and respond creatively to client briefs
- Strong Leadership Skills: Potential in early-phase decision-making and tâches
