About the Role
Your Mission
As Concession Manager, you’ll inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team to drive sales through exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales aligned with business objectives
- Own sales targets and KPIs, consistently exceeding them
- Maintain premium in-store standards – create a welcoming environment reflecting Lacoste’s values
- Oversee all concession operations, ensuring excellence and efficiency
- Represent & embody the brand daily

- Proven retail management experience
- Strong leadership & people management skills – capable of motivating team members
- Customer experience-driven mindset with a passion for excellence
- Commercially sharp, with exceptional sales and KPI awareness
- Exceptional communication, organisational & problem-solving skills
- Adaptability & resilience to thrive in a high-pressure retail environment
