About the Role

Your Mission

As Concession Manager, you’ll inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team to drive sales through exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales aligned with business objectives
  • Own sales targets and KPIs, consistently exceeding them
  • Maintain premium in-store standards – create a welcoming environment reflecting Lacoste’s values
  • Oversee all concession operations, ensuring excellence and efficiency
  • Represent & embody the brand daily
