Concession Manager – Pearson's, Enfield – Full-Time
Location: Pearson’s Food Hall, Enfield (UK) Working Hours: 35 hours per week

With its revolutionary blend of craftsmanship and artistry, today Molton Brown’s iconic British brand delivers exceptional fragrances, bath and shower gels, home & hand care luxuries, and immersive customer experiences across premium outlets—from luxury department stores to travel retail and boutique hotels worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to oversee and elevate our Pearson’s Food Hall, Enfield counter. In this dynamic role, you’ll drive revenue, ensure seamless inventory management, and deliver exceptional customer service—all while upholding Molton Brown’s commitment to luxury and quality.
As a brand ambassador, your mission will be to create sensorial experiences like indulgent hand and arm massages, enhancing our customers’ journey. With strategic commercial acumen and a passion for beauty retail, you’ll nurture revenue growth, foster a premium brand presence, and thrive in a self-sufficient and customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operational and commercial performance of the Pearson’s, Enfield counter on a full-time basis.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic merchandising, upselling, and relationship-building with customers.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and loss prevention to minimise wastage and ensure full compliance with brand standards.
- Lead and train staff, fostering an engaging, energetic, and customer-focused service culture.
- Autonomously design and orchestrate immersive in-store experiences, such as hand and arm massages, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify marketing trends, promotions, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand appeal.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and branding guidelines in all in-store activities.
- Occasionally travel to meetings or support other concessions, adapting working arrangements where required.

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience, preferably within a concession environment.
- Experience in fragrance and beauty retail is a strong plus.
- Proven financial acumen with P&L accountability, especially in a brand-focused context.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and a genuine passion for luxury goods.
- A business-minded, entrepreneurial, and customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility in working arrangements, including travel for business purposes.

- Annual salary: £27,603.28
