Concession Manager - Luxury Fashion - London
We're partnering with an established luxury fashion brand to recruit an experienced Concession Manager for one of London's leading department stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who is passionate about luxury client experience, team development, and delivering exceptional results.
The Role
As Concession Manager, you will take full ownership of the concession, leading a high-performing team while driving sales, client engagement, and operational excellence.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a luxury retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Driving clienteling and building a loyal client base.
- Coaching and developing team members through regular feedback and training.
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Managing day-to-day concession operations, stock, and visual standards.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
- Working closely with senior retail leadership to achieve business objectives.

About You
- Previous management experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Passion for clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
- Inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing store operations.
- Experience working within a concession environment is advantageous.
