The Role
As a Concessions Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, driving commercial results, managing high-performing teams, and delivering a refined and luxurious client experience in line with Longchamp’s heritage and values. You will lead and manage the concession to commercial success by inspiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world-class customer experience aligned with Longchamp’s brand identity and luxury service standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the team through recruitment, coaching, performance reviews, and creating a positive working environment
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by building strong client relationships, growing the VIP customer base, and handling customer concerns
- Drive sales performance by achieving targets, monitoring KPIs, and putting action plans in place to improve results
- Work with management to plan the business, review performance, and communicate priorities to the team
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, budgets, stock, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security, loss prevention, and operational procedures
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the concession reflects the Longchamp brand and delivers a premium shopping environment

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver strong sales and customer service results
- Strong commercial and operational knowledge, with experience using CRM, POS, and retail management systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Professional, customer-focused, and adaptable, with high levels of integrity and accountability
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail, able to balance day-to-day operations with long-term business goals
