Pay
The expected pay rate for this role is £18.90 per hour.

What Will You Do?
As a Casual Concessions Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and training a diverse team of frontline staff to deliver high-quality service
- Handling guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Running engaging, informative briefings for team members before each event
- Ensuring full compliance with:
- Health and safety regulations
- Food hygiene standards
- Fire safety laws
- Licensing laws and trading standards
- Promoting Delaware North’s policies and excellence in every interaction
More About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience managing and leading hospitality teams in an events or catering environment
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge, with an understanding of frontline hospitality operations
