Pay
- Expected pay: £18.90 per hour

What Will You Do?
As a Concessions Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Leading, training, and supervising frontline teams, promoting quality products and exceptional service
- Handling guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Delivering pre-shift briefings with key information for operational success
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and trading standards regulations
- Upholding Delaware North’s policies and industry best standards

More About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Practical experience in managing and leading large hospitality/retail teams within events, sports, or F&B industries
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, preferably within hospitality or catering environments
