About the Role
Job Title: Concierge Shift: Nights
This is a key operational role based in our Stoke offices. The Concierge will:
- Serve as a proactive point of contact for service users in emergencies or crisis situations.
- Ensure a high standard of professional service is maintained, adhering to the Association’s Policies and Procedures (see job description for further details).
