The Role: Concierge
We seek passionate concierges who create effortless, memorable stays for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and ensure they feel special
- Offer expertise on hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and events
- Arrange transport, reservations, and bespoke requests
- Serve as the main guest contact, resolving queries with professionalism
- Anticipate needs and proactively enhance guest experiences
- Collaborate cross-departmentally for seamless service
Requirements & Qualities
✔ Exceptional service skills – You excel at delivering tailored, high-touch guest experiences. ✔ Local knowledge – Deep familiarity with Gatwick and surrounding area. ✔ Fluid English (written/spoken) – Key to professional communication. ✔ Team culture – You thrive in collaboration, supporting colleagues with a smile. ✔ Presentational polish – Smart, approachable appearance as a guest standard. ✔ Proactive attitude – Anticipate needs, resolve issues with grace and efficiency.
