Concierge Team Member

Location: Reading Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (DOE) Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm (4 days on, 4 days off – including weekends & Bank Holidays)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge Team Member to join their residential development in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Whilst previous concierge experience would be beneficial, it is not essential. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional and highly responsive environment. You will be passionate about customer experience and committed to maintaining the highest standards across the development.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House & Resident Services

  • Deliver a first-class front-of-house and concierge service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
  • Provide a warm, professional meet-and-greet experience at all times.
  • Handle resident enquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, becoming a trusted point of contact within the development.
  • Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
