Concierge – Luxury Residential Development

Location: London

Hyperion Partners is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced and professional Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and well-managed environment while providing the highest standards of service to residents, visitors, and contractors.

The Role

As Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front-of-house reception area, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the effective management of the development.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing a warm, professional, and courteous welcome to residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Managing the reception desk and acting as the primary point of contact for all front-of-house enquiries.
  • Monitoring access to the building and maintaining high standards of security.
  • Receiving and managing parcels, deliveries, and resident correspondence.
  • Liaising with contractors, maintenance teams, and property management to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
  • Responding efficiently to resident requests and resolving queries in a professional manner.
  • Conducting regular patrols of communal areas where required and reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records, incident logs, and handover reports.
  • Supporting emergency procedures and responding calmly and effectively to incidents when required.
  • Ensuring the reception and communal areas remain clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.

About You

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering first-class customer service and be confident interacting with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Previous experience as a Concierge, Front of House Receptionist, or within luxury residential, hospitality, or customer service environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, polished, and approachable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a varied workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and property management or visitor management systems.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with situations discreetly and professionally.
  • A flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.
