About The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally polished, knowledgeable and guest-focused Concierge to join our Front-of-House team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.

As an ambassador of the hotel and a key part of our guest experience, you will ensure that every request is handled with warmth, precision and genuine care. You will provide personalised recommendations, curate unforgettable experiences, anticipate guest needs and uphold the legendary Four Seasons standards at all times.
In this role, you will act as a trusted expert on the local area, build strong relationships with guests, collaborate closely with Front Office and other operational teams, and help create seamless, memorable stays from arrival to departure.
What You Will Do
- Deliver world-class concierge services, ensuring every guest receives exceptional, personalised attention and support.
- Provide expert recommendations on dining, activities, transportation and local attractions, tailoring suggestions to individual guest preferences.
- Manage reservations, tickets, transportation arrangements and bespoke itineraries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build strong rapport with guests, anticipating needs and offering thoughtful, proactive assistance.
- Maintain excellent relationships with local partners, restaurants, attractions and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Bell team and all operational departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold Four Seasons service standards and the Golden Rule philosophy in every interaction.
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures as needed, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the stay.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and special requests promptly, professionally and with discretion.
- Lead by example, fostering a warm, sophisticated and service-driven team environment.

What You Will Bring
- Previous experience as a Concierge or Front-of-House professional within a luxury hotel environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable, personalised experiences.
- Strong local knowledge of Hampshire, London connections and wider UK cultural, dining and lifestyle offerings.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a warm, polished and confident manner.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling guest situations with grace and professionalism.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships with guests, colleagues and partners.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
