Concierge Assistant

The Concierge Assistant will assist the Concierge team in the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests at Regent's Crescent. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

Duties

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a professional, warm, and sincere welcome, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of service, including opening doors, assisting with luggage, arranging taxis, and providing directions.
  • Deliver an unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner while acting as an ambassador for Regent’s Crescent.
  • Provide umbrellas to residents and guests during adverse weather conditions.
  • Answer questions and assist residents and guests with reasonable requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all residents receive fast, efficient, and friendly service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance area, ensuring it remains neat and tidy at all times.
  • Work alongside the Concierge team to screen and announce visitors and contractors.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries where required.
  • Remain vigilant for suspicious activity in and around the property and report concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Deliver and retrieve residents’ vehicles from the car park and bring them to the main entrance upon request.
  • Ensure all vehicle keys are stored securely in the designated safe or returned to residents' apartments when required.
  • Receive laundry, groceries, courier deliveries, and other resident items, ensuring they are scanned and logged accurately in the system.
  • Deliver laundry, food deliveries, groceries, parcels, and packages to residents’ apartments.
  • Carry out regular patrols of the estate and report any issues to the appropriate persons.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime, residential schemes
  • Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Service driven, understand the importance of going the ‘extra mile’
  • Experience serving UHNWIs
  • Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
  • High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial
  • Clean and valid driving license
  • Right to work in the UK
