Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a polished, customer-focused Concierge Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a personalized, seamless, and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will anticipate customer needs, offer tailored services, and support store operations while delivering the highest level of service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Hosting / Traffic Management
- Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
- Manage the traffic of the retail space / occasionally checking in on the experience within Café Leon Dore.
- Responsible for advising on opportunities to increase / manage traffic.
- Manage the wait list and proactively communicate accurate waiting times.
- Ensuring and gauging capacity levels are met within the store at all times — knowing and communicating when to decrease or increase traffic.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for all things ALD, leaning into the styling and brand values.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure the front-of-house environment is immaculate and welcoming.
- Offer local knowledge, including nearby amenities, restaurants, and attractions.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Taking accountability of when anything needs maintenance and retouching. This should be communicated to management immediately. (Planters broken, doors not locking, paint retouches, pest control, etc.)

- Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the company’s standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and tailor each interaction to deliver a personalized and memorable experience reflective of the brand.
- Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
- Speak to standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing and comfortable reaching out for support to ensure all inquiries are addressed and in a timely manner.
- Engaging in proper and positive communications with guests throughout greeting, seating, and departure experiences, and as otherwise may be needed.
- Assisting with any customer return inquiries at the door with great hospitality and professionalism.
- Monitor the outdoor environment including music levels, ensuring they reflect the Aimé Leon Dore brand experience while remaining compliant with local council requirements and considerate of the surrounding community.

Community
- Build relationships with members, F&F/VIP and guests and communicate any red flags and positive feedback to management to assess.
- Being able to gauge potential VIP / F&F guest’s entry.
- Assist VIP clientele with white-glove services such as personal shopping, gift wrapping, or delivery coordination.
- Manage the wait list during any activations / brand partnership events, continuing to build on community and taking care of VIP / F&F attendees.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Must be comfortable working at the storefront entrance in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
- Must be able to work all operational hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the space to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 18kg when required.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch as required.
