Concierge Expert

We’re seeking a Concierge Expert to join our elite lifestyle team in London. This role is made for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments and has a talent for making the impossible happen. From sourcing last-minute reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants to securing VIP access or tickets to global events, you’ll be the trusted go-to for our discerning clientele. This is more than a service role, it's about crafting unforgettable moments with creativity, precision, and discretion.

This is not a client-facing role but still requiring a proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented individual who can meet high expectations with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of luxury lifestyle requests including fine dining, bespoke travel, exclusive event access, personal shopping, and gifting.
  • Manage all client communications with professionalism, via phone, email, and messaging, often liaising directly with Insignia’s PAs and Operations.
  • Own client requests from start to finish from research and planning through to seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Source premium products and services globally using a variety of tools, platforms, and industry connections.
  • Build and negotiate relationships with international vendors and luxury service providers to unlock exclusive benefits and value.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure internal systems and reporting are consistently updated.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends in luxury, hospitality, travel, and lifestyle to proactively make recommendations.
  • Deliver white-glove service as standard, always going above and beyond.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
