The Role
Do you enjoy helping people feel safe, supported and welcome in their home environment? Are you calm under pressure, organised and able to build positive relationships with people from all walks of life? If so, this Concierge opportunity could be the perfect next step for you.
As a Concierge at Quo Vadis Trust (QVT), you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for residents living with mental health needs.
This is much more than a front-of-house position. The Concierge role combines customer service, housing support, health and safety responsibilities and tenancy sustainment support. No two days are the same.
You’ll work closely with residents, colleagues and external agencies to help people maintain their independence while ensuring the scheme remains clean, secure and well maintained.
The successful Concierge will join a supportive organisation where kindness, dignity and respect are at the centre of everything they do.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every single day, we’d love to hear from you — apply today and take the next step in your career with Quo Vadis Trust.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
