A Bit About What You Will Do...
Concierges in our team are passionate about creating the most unique and memorable experiences for our guests. They have a natural ability to make our guests feel welcome, special and cared for throughout their stay.
- Greet our guests with a warm welcome.
- Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services.
- Sharing your knowledge of the area and suggesting the right places for guests to visit while staying.
- Assist guests with errands and arrange special requests.
- Main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service.
- Promptly and courteously addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
