Concierge
Pegasus Homes – Concierge (Chapelwood, Wilmslow)
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire Hours: 35 hours per week, including weekend working Salary: £24,500 per annum + enhanced benefits & rewards Basis: Permanent

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Concierge to be based at our Chapelwood development in Wilmslow, Cheshire. Chapelwood is a beautiful property, ensuring that residents enjoy the best service and an outstanding experience.
About Our Role
As a Concierge, you are the face of our community, ensuring seamless luxury experience for our residents. You will balance high-end hospitality with rigorous site safety and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface for residents, fostering a warm community atmosphere while conducting welfare checks and handling sensitive information with professional boundaries.
- Be the first point of face-to-face contact, supporting residents with:
- Information about local activities available in the area.
- Responding to enquiries and handling requests.
- Ensure on-site safety by:
- Conducting regular patrols.
- Monitoring CCTV and managing secure access.
- Acting as the first responder for emergency situations.
- Monitor the building’s M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems and perform basic troubleshooting of apartment fixtures to ensure seamless operation.
- Coordinate with sales, management, and contractors to ensure:
- The exclusive guest suite and spa facilities are operational.
- These areas are maintained to high standards.
- Induct and oversee onsite service providers including:
- Housekeeping.
- Landscaping.
- Maintenance teams.
- Maintain precise logs for:
- Health & safety compliance.
- Maintenance reporting.
- Daily handovers.

Additional Information
You will work on a rota basis covering shifts between 08:00 – 20:00, working across a 7-day roster, as required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Attending training or company-related events at our sites and/or other locations.
Grievance Needed: This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (handled by Pegasus).
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience within a luxury residential property setting.
- Educated to GCSE standard (Grade C or above) or equivalent in Maths and English, or with hospitality/property-related vocational qualifications.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills for accurate and professional handling of inquiries.
- Strong IT skills (knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage).
- Well-presented and highly professional.
- Flexible and organised, able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
