Concierge Security Officer (Night Shift – Full-Time Permanent)
Location: Glastonbury (BA6 area)
Pay: £13.00 per hour / Monthly Pay
Hours: Average 40 hours per week (as per rota)
Shifts: Wednesday–Sunday, 20:00–04:00
Requirement
- Must hold a valid SIA Licence
- Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS (paid for by Kingdom)
About The Role
Kingdom Services Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join our team at a supported living site in the Glastonbury area.
This is a full-time night shift role where you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment, supporting residents and ensuring site procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the overall safety and security of the premises out of hours
- Monitoring access to the site, including visitors and contractors
- Maintaining a safe environment in line with health and safety procedures
- Reporting incidents, including anti-social behaviour
- Logging and reporting maintenance issues using appropriate systems
- Completing accurate reports and recording observations
- Working as part of a team to meet client requirements
- Managing difficult situations in a calm and professional manner

What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full 5-year checkable work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, calm, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound judgement
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS (funded by Kingdom)
