About the Role
Being a Concierge at Malmaison blends customer service, front-of-house work, and mobility (including guest transfers). You’ll set the tone for every stay by delivering exceptional hospitality with warmth and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities

Your first point of contact
- Greete guests with a smile as they arrive
- Assist with luggage handling and parking
- Ensure a seamless initial experience

Front-of-house collaboration
- Support check-in/check-out processes
- Present room keys and welcome guests
- Offer local recommendations

Proactive guest experience
- Share insights on Oxford’s landmarks, history & attractions
- Tactfully inquire about requirements during stay
- Arrange tickets, dining reservations, and nearby recommendations
