Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
- Build positive relationships and assist customers in developing life skills
- Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
- Ensure service security and deliver excellent customer care
- Conduct health and safety checks and maintain up-to-date customer records

Minimum Requirements
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse challenges
- Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Confidence using IT systems
