Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
  • Build positive relationships and assist customers in developing life skills
  • Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
  • Ensure service security and deliver excellent customer care
  • Conduct health and safety checks and maintain up-to-date customer records

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse challenges
  • Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Confidence using IT systems
