Concours House Supervisor

We’re looking for a confident, energetic events and cafe supervisor to take full ownership of Cow Shed Catering at Concours House. From daily deli and bar service to events, team leadership, and commercial growth, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, high standards, and making things happen. You’ll lead, recruit, and develop a team of around 10, oversee service and compliance, and play a key part in driving the success of the business. If you’re an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial instinct, and a love of fast-paced, people-focused operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Experience as an F&B Supervisor
  • Confidence leading teams across both kitchen and front of house
  • Great organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial energy
  • A hands-on approach and a cool head under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the Cow Shed Catering team
  • Overseeing daily deli, takeaway, and bar service
  • Leading event and contract catering for meetings and functions
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a team of around 10 across kitchen and service
  • Managing rotas, staffing, standards, and day-to-day efficiency
  • Making sure food quality, presentation, and customer service are always spot on
  • Overseeing health & safety and food safety compliance
  • Working closely with stakeholders to deliver a seamless hospitality experience
  • Driving performance, improvement, and commercial opportunity

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Core hours are typically 9:00am – 4:00pm, Wednesday to Sunday
  • Extra hours will be needed for events outside standard operating days
