Conference & Banqueting Assistant

anticipating guests' needs, controlling the flow, and communicating efficiently between kitchen and C&E Manager to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Conference & Events team to deliver exceptional guest experiences for events of all sizes
- Coordinate the seating, providing, and ambience for meetings, weddings, conferences, and private functions
- Maintain control and flow of events, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate closely with the C&E Manager and chef de cuisine to support seamless service
- Help create unforgettable memories for our guests by personalising their experiences

Malmaison Birmingham is renowned for its tailored dining experiences within a charming Braunton House setting. Our versatile meeting spaces accommodate events of every scale, ensuring your audiences feel cared for and content.

£13.30/hour (inclusive of tronc/closed shop) 8 hours per shift
