Job Summary
The Medical Education Department at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity! Working at the King's Mill Conference Centre, at King's Mill Hospital, you will join a great team providing excellent services to Trust staff and external stakeholders ('stakeholders' is the term we use to describe people who use the Conference Centre).
The Conference Centre has 20 training rooms, including two lecture theatres. Some of our rooms provide a specialist training environment. All are fitted with audio-visual equipment.
The successful candidate will follow a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification at the same time as learning on the job from experienced Audio Visual colleagues. You will have an opportunity to learn about all aspects of the work of the Conference Centre, and the wider Medical Education Department which includes the Medical Education Team (undergraduate and postgraduate education), the Library and Knowledge Service, and the Trust's Resuscitation Service.
