Conference Executive
Head of Global Conferences Operations
You will be responsible for defining the operational standard of every conference we run. Each year, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences, covering everything from venues and suppliers to on-site teams and attendee experience.

Your Responsibilities
This role is a blend of strategic influence, operational precision, and hands-on leadership, focused on delivering seamless, high-impact conferences. Key responsibilities include:
Supplier Research and Management
- Source, compare, and negotiate with top-tier suppliers to ensure the best quality service at competitive prices.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and event requirements, including tech setups and accommodations.
- Renovate, finalise, and maintain a contractor ecosystem, ensuring proactive problem-solving on depreciation or inefficiencies.
- Manage budgets meticulously—alert team of all cost variations before execution.
Event Planning & Hosting
- Plan and execute sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours programming—every detail matters.
- Liaise with venue managers and third-party caterers, ensuring flawless on-site delivery.
- Provide onsite support to attendees and delivery teams, troubleshooting and executing according to high standards.
Internal & Logistical Coordination
- Track and synthesise internal queries, acting as an internal point of contact for information clarity.
- Inventory management – Maintain up-to-date records of event materials (e.g., banners, signage, brochures).
- Drive rigorous quality assurance, ensuring all design assets, branding, and collateral meet brand guidelines.
Volunteer & Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and micro-manage a team of up to 40 volunteers, ensuring timely execution at an elite level.

- Working model: Onsite Monday-Friday, situated in an office within a 4-minute walk of London Victoria Station
