Senior B2B Conference Producer / Conference Lead

London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office) | £55-60k + Bonus

Are you an experienced B2B Conference Producer looking for a role where you can shape strategy as well as deliver exceptional events?

Our client is an established and highly respected events business with an outstanding reputation for delivering exclusive, invitation-only conferences and bespoke executive events for senior decision-makers across the UK and Europe. They are now investing in new markets and sectors, creating an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Conference Producer to play a key role in their next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional conference production position. Alongside managing a portfolio of established B2B events, you'll be instrumental in identifying and validating new market opportunities, helping to influence the future direction of the business.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll create commercially successful events that bring together C-suite executives and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate new markets, sectors and commercial opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality B2B conferences from concept through to delivery.
  • Develop engaging, commercially relevant conference agendas.
  • Identify, secure and manage high-profile industry speakers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key industry contacts.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial, delegate acquisition and operations teams to maximise event success.
  • Produce compelling event copy and marketing content to drive engagement.

About You

You'll be an experienced Conference Producer with a proven track record of delivering commercially successful B2B events from start to finish.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience producing B2B conferences across the full event lifecycle.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills.
  • Confidence engaging with and influencing senior business leaders.
  • A history of identifying new opportunities and launching successful event concepts.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive, curious and ambitious mindset.
