Presidents Summit – Conference Operations Lead
Own the operational standards of every conference event. Be the backbone of 10 high-profile European private equity conferences annually, overseeing venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and ensuring seamless execution.

Your Responsibilities
Each role blends unique challenges, but core duties include:
Supplier & Budget Mastery
- Source & negotiate: Find top-tier suppliers for cores, stage branding, collateral, and more.
- Audit contracts: Evaluate and demand fair, quality-driven rates.
- On-chain partnership: Build supplier credit and confidence through proactive problem-solving and communication.
Event Execution & Vision
- VIP logistical crafting: Sponsored lunches, dinners, and after-hours networking (your call).
- Venue finesse: Compile flawless event timelines with venue teams.
- In-the-moment resilience: Overseas implementations, trouble-shooting, crowd management with an eagle eye.
Team & Quality Orchestration
- Collated coherence: Answer and document internal requests (clients, vendors, creative teams).
- Static standards to life: Monitor and audit inventory, designs, signage, banners—no shoddy product.
- Volunteer management: Lead an elite 40-person team—from sourcing to in-demand events.
