Your Responsibilities
Our Conference Marketing Associate is expected to wear multiple hats and adapt their approach to meet our agile needs. Core areas of responsibility include:
Content & Outreach
- Email marketing – Write, design, and optimise campaigns for newsletters, product updates, and exclusive promotions.
- Social media management – Drive growth on LinkedIn (our primary channel), experiment with new content formats, and expand into YouTube and Twitter.
- Content strategy – Work closely with other departments to identify key themes and align messaging with brand positioning.
Brand & Digital Presence
- Graphic design – Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all platforms.
- Website development – Improve SEO, user experience (UX), and design while launching new formats that strengthen our brand identity.
- Analytics & performance – Monitor, measure, and dynamically refine KPIs across all channels.
Paid & Collaborative Growth
- Paid advertising & PPC campaigns – Manage budgets and execute high-ROI campaigns.
- Cross-departmental synergy – Connect with operations, sales, and events teams to coordinate branded storytelling at every level.

Mandatory Criteria
- A UK work permit (or right to work in the UK).
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or final-year qualification status.

Location
