Conference Operations Executive
Operations Manager – Private Equity Conferences
You will own the operational standard of every conference we run. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, covering venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience.

Your Responsibilities
Your work will revolve around key areas:
Supplier Research & Management
- Source, evaluate, and select high-quality, cost-effective suppliers for all conference needs (e.g., venues, technology, catering, branding).
- Negotiate contracts and terms while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure budgets are respected and all changes are documented in advance.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and coordinate sponsored events (VIP dinners, lunches, after-hours activities).
- Liaise with venue teams to ensure logistical accuracy.
- Provide on-site support to guarantee flawless event delivery.
Internal Operations
- Organise and resolve team queries efficiently.
- Track inventory and update event trackers in real time.
- Conduct quality checks on branding materials, banners, signage, etc.

On-Site Volunteer Coordination
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 40+ volunteers.

- A valid UK work permit.

- Stay organised amidst complex, multi-tasked environments.
Start date: Flexible (Role is on-site, Monday–Friday, located in our office—just a 4-minute walk from London Victoria Station).
