Senior Events Operations Manager
About the Role This role gives you the opportunity to own the operational standard of every conference we run. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, covering venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Event Operations & Execution
- Complete end-to-end ownership: Execute all logistical and operational details for 10 private equity conferences per year
- Supplier Relations:
- Research, select, and manage relationships with top-tier suppliers (venues, catering, AV, hospitality)
- Negotiate cost-effective contracts and ensure peak-quality service
- Monitor supplier performance and conflict resolution
- Budget Management:
- Review and control expenses
- Forecast costs and align changes with stakeholders
- On-site Support:
- Lead venue coordination and execute on-site execution
- Provide real-time problem-solving for front-of-house operations
- Uphold the highest standards of guest experience

Planning & Coordination
- Custom Event Design: Plan and execute VIP-sponsored events, lunches, dinners, and networking events
- Inventory Management:
- Track on-site stocks and promotional materials (banners, signage, kits, etc.) -oversight and quality assurance on all printed/logistic assets
People Leadership
- Volunteer Management:
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of 40+ on-site volunteers
- Ensure seamless handoffs between pre-event and live execution

Requirements
- UK work permit eligibility mandatory
- No prior experience required
