The Fierce Life Sciences & Healthcare Events Team organises the industry’s most influential conferences (live and digital), including:

  • Fierce Pharma Week
  • Fierce Biotech Week
  • Plus a calendar-ready portfolio of events across the year.

Key Responsibilities

As our Conference Producer, you’ll:

  • Content Curation & Strategy
    • Conduct market research to pinpoint emerging trends, speakers, and programme topics for flagships like Fierce Pharma Week.
    • Work with thought leaders, advisory boards, and speakers to build engaging agendas from inception to delivery.

  • Programme Development

    • Oversee the full lifecycle of a conference or webinar: design, content alignment, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
    • Tailor messaging and marketing materials (websites, emails, social media) to resonate with healthcare professionals, buyers, and payers.
  • Sales & Partnerships

    • Assist the sales team in identifying sponsors, aligning event value propositions, and refining client pitches.
  • Content Collaboration

    • Co-create advertorial content for webinars, podcasts, white papers, and similar formats with clients/team members.
  • Event Management

    • Travel to events to provide onsite support, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of customer-centric experiences.

What You Bring

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of commercial experience in:
    • Research, content creation, and audience engagement specific to life sciences/healthcare.
    • Consulting thought leaders or interacting with scientific clients: a plus.
  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical/bioscience familiarity is advantageous but not essential if complemented by strong insights.

Skills & Attitude

  • Curiosity & Adaptability: Eager to kickoff tactic work while shaping the “big vision.” Zero cookie-cutter mindset—strategic creativity is key.
  • Critical Research Skills: Analytical thinking for content development and event positioning.
  • People Mastery: Knacks to liaise across hierarchies—from C-Suite to industry analysts.
