Shape the conversations that drive industries forward.
Are you a Conference Producer with experience of a full event cycle and ready for more ownership, influence, and responsibility?
At MA Exhibitions, our conferences are at the heart of our events. They bring together industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers to discuss the challenges, opportunities, and trends shaping their sectors. As Conference Producer, you'll play a key role in creating those conversations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already experienced at least one full 12-month event cycle and is looking to take the next step in their conference production career. You'll have the opportunity to own conference programmes from concept through to delivery, build relationships with influential industry figures, and see your ideas come to life on stage.
No two days are the same. One day you could be interviewing senior industry leaders to uncover emerging trends, the next you'll be developing a conference agenda, securing high-profile speakers, or working alongside commercial and marketing teams to maximize the impact of your event.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
