The Opportunity
We’re seeking an enthusiastic recent graduate or early-career professional to join our Conference Production team!
The Role
As a Conference Producer, this isn’t just an event managing role—it’s a strategic, high-impact career launch position at the intersection of business, media, and cybersecurity. Successful applicants will produce 4–6 global summits annually, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic research and event strategy
- Content creation (copywriting, reports, interview features)
- Relationship-building and speaker acquisition
- Project ownership and cross-department collaboration
- International production, execution, and onsite conference management

What You’ll Be Doing
Market Research & Analysis
- Build a steering committee and conduct in-depth regional or industry-specific phone surveys on key areas.
- Define target audiences by identifying attendee needs and industry discourse.
- Develop comprehensive conference briefings to guide other departments, based on research findings.
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write compelling conference programs that engage C-suite executives.
- Produce sales-driven content (websites, emails, LinkedIn posts) to maximise delegate interest.
- Contribute thought leadership content, including reports and industry expert interviews.
Speaker Acquisition
- Research and invite high-level industry thought leaders for conference speaker roles.
- Utilise outreach tactics ranging from cold calling to strategic direct outreach.
Project Management
- Oversee the 6–8-week production cycle, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with cross-department teams (sales, marketing, operations) from concept to closeout.
Onsite Roles
- Attend and open key summits, providing vital on-the-day support.
- Act as a team ambassador, networking with speakers, sponsors, and attendees.

What You Bring To The Table

- Have strong research and writing skills, with a passion for current affairs and emerging cybersecurity trends.
- Excel in solving complex problems and navigating tough conversations with confidence.
- Own geared towards strategic communication (liation, cold calling, persuasive LinkedIn outreach).
- Demonstrated tremendous organisation skills, balancing independent research with collaborative teamwork.
- Display fast learning, adaptability across multiple topics, and a proactive mindset.
- Show a clear manageable thirst to learn and grow.
