The Opportunity

Launch Your Career in Global Events!

We’re seeking a Conference Producer to take ownership of 4–6 international events per year, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, content creation, and event execution. You’ll:

  • Execute full event lifecycles (concept → completion).
  • Research emerging cybersecurity/trends, design agenda’s, and recruit high-profile speakers.
  • Shape industry conversations and network with global leaders.

What You’ll Do

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Manage the full event lifecycle (concept, planning, execution, closure).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Run sessions onsite, including opening ceremonies.

Research & Content Collaboration

  • Research industry trends and design engaging event agendas.
  • Interview senior professionals and build advisory groups (steering committees).
  • Contribute to promotional content (websites, emails, social media).

Speaker & Network Development

  • Identify and connect with senior industry leaders to secure high-impact speakers.
  • Use LinkedIn, outreach, emails, and phone calls to engage prospects.
  • Strengthen partner relationships at events: supporting speakers and engaging delegates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills – synthesising complex topics engagingly.
  • Curiosity about global trends, especially in cybersecurity & tech.
  • Confidence (or willingness to build) in representing the team with senior professionals.
  • Excellent organisational skills: balancing independent research, content writing, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Fast learner with adaptability across diverse topics. 🔹 Proactive mindset—self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow.
