The Opportunity
Launch Your Career in Global Events!
We’re seeking a Conference Producer to take ownership of 4–6 international events per year, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, content creation, and event execution. You’ll:
- Execute full event lifecycles (concept → completion).
- Research emerging cybersecurity/trends, design agenda’s, and recruit high-profile speakers.
- Shape industry conversations and network with global leaders.

What You’ll Do
Event Strategy & Execution
- Manage the full event lifecycle (concept, planning, execution, closure).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Run sessions onsite, including opening ceremonies.
Research & Content Collaboration
- Research industry trends and design engaging event agendas.
- Interview senior professionals and build advisory groups (steering committees).
- Contribute to promotional content (websites, emails, social media).
Speaker & Network Development
- Identify and connect with senior industry leaders to secure high-impact speakers.
- Use LinkedIn, outreach, emails, and phone calls to engage prospects.
- Strengthen partner relationships at events: supporting speakers and engaging delegates.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills – synthesising complex topics engagingly.
- Curiosity about global trends, especially in cybersecurity & tech.
- Confidence (or willingness to build) in representing the team with senior professionals.
- Excellent organisational skills: balancing independent research, content writing, and collaborative teamwork.
- Fast learner with adaptability across diverse topics. 🔹 Proactive mindset—self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow.
