Job Title: Conference Producer - London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Commission
Location: London
My client is looking for a commercially minded Conference Producer to lead the development of high-profile conference programmes within a fast-growing events business. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, securing industry-leading speakers, and delivering commercially successful conferences from concept through to live delivery.
What You'll Do
- Research and develop conference agendas and content strategies
- Recruit senior industry speakers, regulators, and thought leaders
- Build and manage speaker relationships throughout the event lifecycle
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise commercial performance
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
- Support sponsorship opportunities and client engagement
- Ensure programmes remain commercially attractive for delegates and sponsors
- Attend industry events and represent the business internationally
- Support onsite delivery to ensure a first-class delegate experience

What You'll Bring
- Experience producing conferences, exhibitions, or B2B events
- Strong research, content creation, and programme development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial awareness and understanding of event revenue drivers
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident engaging with senior executives and industry leaders
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
