Conference Producer
Location: London | Working Model: Hybrid Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Conference Producer to join a leading events and community platform, serving senior executives, investors, and decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
This highly visible role focuses on developing high-quality conference agendas, recruiting influential speakers, and fostering an engaged executive community. You will collaborate closely with sponsors, partners, and industry stakeholders to design insightful conferences, roundtables, webinars, and networking events that deliver real value to attendees.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and deliver conference programmes and agendas
- Recruit senior speakers, including CEOs, investors, and industry experts
- Work with sponsors and partners to shape interactive event content
- Produce session plans, moderator briefs, and supporting marketing copy
- Build relationships with industry associations, advisers, and key stakeholders
- Support executive community development and attendee recruitment initiatives
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and sales teams on year-round engagement activities
About You
- At least 4 years of experience producing B2B conferences for senior executive audiences
- Strong research, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and industry leaders
- Commercially aware, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in speaker acquisition, agenda development, and community building
- An interest in healthcare, investment, or finance would be advantageous
