Conference Producer
Head of Event Operations
You will be responsible for owning the operational standard of every conference we run. This role offers you the key opportunity to define and execute the end-to-end management of 10 European private equity conferences annually—covering venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will evolve, but here’s the core focus:
Supplier Management & Research
- Source, compare, and select the best suppliers for event needs (e.g., venues, catering, audio-visual).
- Research new suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and event requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to balance cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, addressing issues proactively.
- Review and manage budgets, ensuring upfront communication of changes.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan VIP-sponsored events (e.g., lunches, dinners, after-hours activities).
- Coordinate with venue staff to preempt logistical challenges.
- Provide on-site event support, ensuring flawless execution.
Internal Support
- Consolidate and prioritise internal team queries efficiently.
- Track and update event inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Quality-check design assets (e.g., banners, signage, brochures, promotional materials).

On-Site Volunteer Organisation
- Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team to ensure smooth event execution.
