Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Hospitality in the daily management of hospitality operations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure all hospitality events are planned and executed efficiently and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
- Delivering trainings and supporting the team to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain the highest standards of food presentation, service, and customer care.
- Responsible for supporting communication and for embedding the standards within the team.
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front of house areas and equipment.
- To manage and support the compliance of COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene and Food Safety regulations throughout the team and to report any incidents in line with procedures.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.
- To support innovative menu planning and design of food service within specified budget.

Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 2/3 years of experience in a senior hospitality supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience delivering high-quality hospitality events and VIP service (Essential).
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening or special events when required.
