We are looking for a Configuration Analyst to join the IT Services Team.
This is a hybrid role, working in our Leeds office 2 days a week.
Group IT Operations provide overarching support for all IT systems and services across the Pure Gym group, including owned gyms and international franchises. With over 350 sites in the UK, 200 in Denmark, 40 in Switzerland and franchise in Saudi Arabia and UAE, the team support the entire internal user base and all of our member systems, including our website, mobile app, gym access and back office systems. These services are critical to the safe and consistent fitness experience of our 2m+ members.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of our PureGym's Membership applications.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal performance of our applications, while resolving issues and boosting user satisfaction.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of all membership management system within the group and web interfaces.
- Support the roll-out of new configuration for international expansion, and within existing systems.
- Assist users with application enquiries, offering guidance and resolving problems.
- Processes, interpret and document key business processes, through stakeholder engagement and analysis of data with an understanding of workflow design, integrations, and data management.
- Scheduling and preparing for club price changes.
- Collaborate with third parties (Peytz, Exerp & inhouse developers) as required to investigate and resolve complex application issues, escalating unresolved issues as needed and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and process significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support with new configuration requirements for ongoing business initiatives.
- Testing of new system features such as; API calls, testing functionality of products and developed extracts.
- To make sure data extracted from membership system is correct and up to date.
- Maintenance of, product and implementation and account set up.
- Working closely with the IT Infrastructure and Application Development teams to provide timely and efficient resolution of application related incidents.

- Ability to learn and implement technical information.
- Strong numerical and Excel skills.
- Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met.
- Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks to enable success.
- Has strong communication, time management and organizational skills, keen to learn.
- Has the ability to manage numerous projects whilst remaining calm.
- Ability to understand the big picture and see how member value and Pure Gym value are connected to business processes.
- Demonstrates resilience and a strong passion for their role.
