About The Role
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the preservation of architectural heritage while managing complex projects. You will work collaboratively with clients, design teams, and various stakeholders to deliver high-quality conservation solutions. Your expertise will be essential in navigating UK planning and building regulations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stages of architectural work, from design to project delivery
- Consult confidently with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships
- Oversee project budgets and financial controls, ensuring profitability
- Adjust project priorities and schedules to meet deadlines and resource constraints
- Apply thorough knowledge of traditional and classical architectural concepts where applicable.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in architectural design with a focus on conservation projects
- Strong capability in managing complex workloads and delivering projects within agreed parameters
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients and team members
- Thorough knowledge of UK planning regulations, building systems, and construction types
- Excellent design and technical detailing skills.
