About the Company: The Collecting Group (TCG)
The Collecting Group (TCG) isn’t your average company—we’re a dedicated team of culture curators who love and understand cars and watches. This isn’t just about auctions; it’s about redefining it entirely. Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, already lead the industry, but this is just the beginning.
We’re expanding, and we want someone passionate and eager to contribute to our growth.

- Conducting thorough market research on collectable cars, analysing industry trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Managing the entire consultment process, from logistics to photography appointments.
- Growing new business by expanding your network and identifying fresh consignment opportunities.
- Keeping customer data and consignment information reliable and up to date using Salesforce.
- Representing TCG at auto and watch industry events to boost brand visibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
