Consignment Specialist

Consignment Specialist – Join The Collecting Group (TCG)

[The Drive]

The Collecting Group (TCG) isn’t your average company—we’re a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. We’re not just disrupting the auction industry; we’re redefining it. Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, already lead the market—but we’ve only just begun.

We’re expanding, and we’re looking for a Consignment Specialist to join us in the UK.

[The Mission]

You’ll join a growing, diverse team reshaping how vehicles are auctioned. Your role will focus on nurturing relationships and delivering outstanding experiences for sellers and collectors—both locally and internationally—while building long-lasting partnerships. As part of a fast-moving, innovative company, you’ll contribute to revenue growth, product development, and become an integral part of TCG’s culture.

With a customer-centric mindset, you’ll bring sales expertise to a collaborative team. You’ll gain exposure to a breadth of vehicles and memorabilia while driving business growth and innovation.

[The Gearbox]

As our Consignment Specialist, you’ll:

  • Be the dedicated point of contact throughout the auction process, coordinating end-to-end activities from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Communicate and build relationships with clients to foster long-term repeat business.
  • Research values of collectable cars, analysing industry trends to inform market decisions and set competitive reserves.
  • Manage full consignment processes, including administration (e.g., arranging photography).
  • Continually expand your network and identify new business opportunities for TCG.
  • Use Salesforce to track consignments and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Attend Collecting Cars events to elevate brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the TCG team to drive collective success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
