Position Summary
You’ll be responsible for supporting accurate and timely IFRS group consolidation, working with Regional Financial Controllers and Treasury.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end group consolidation, including:
- Review of regional submissions
- Reconciling variances via consolidation journals
- Intercompany eliminations under IFRS and group accounting policies

- Consolidated Cash Flow Statement (using indirect method)
- Preparation of consolidated reporting packs for Board, auditors, and lenders
- Collaboration with Treasury on liquidity, cash movements, and financing insights
- Writing technical accounting memos and reports for audit purposes
- Supporting implementation of new/amended IFRS standards
- Enhancing consolidation data systems
Plus, helping local teams during peak periods without owning entity reporting.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven IFRS & group consolidation expertise, with experience in multi-currency global organisations
- Strong experience in cash flow preparation
- Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
- Experience with consolidation systems (preferably Oracle FCCS)
- Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Ability to test consolidated financial results against other data points
