A leading London law firm is seeking an NQ+ Non-Contentious Construction Associate to join its highly regarded Construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative practice that advises many of the UK's leading developers, investors, landlords, and occupiers on a broad range of high-value construction matters.
The team acts on a wide variety of projects, including:
- Commercial and mixed-use developments
- Prime residential schemes
- Student accommodation
- Life sciences developments
- Complex regeneration and multi-party development projects

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, gaining early responsibility and direct client exposure while advising on construction documentation and development matters for high-profile clients.

Requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor.
- NQ+ with experience in non-contentious construction gained at a recognised law firm.
- Strong technical ability and a genuine interest in development and construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
