The work

- Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, and collateral warranties, primarily using JCT, NEC, and bespoke forms
- Advising on procurement strategy and contract structure for developers, contractors, and public bodies
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value energy, infrastructure, and real estate projects
- Working closely with the disputes team to understand how front-end advice shapes outcomes when projects hit turbulence

You will not be sitting in a back office doing due diligence. You will be in client meetings, contributing to negotiations, and managing your own matters with appropriate supervision. About you
You are a construction lawyer with at least two years' post-qualification experience in non-contentious work.
