Our construction team is undergoing a significant transformation with a focus on insourcing and in-house development across our project portfolio. As part of the RM Engineering family, we have a mission to design, develop and deploy future ready, innovative solutions across our property, automation and maintenance teams. Our focus is now on recruiting talented, driven construction professionals to support the success of our strategy.

  • Develop and continuously improve compliance policies, procedures, templates and guidance.
  • Carry out and support structured site audits, inspections and assurance reviews, covering quality, workmanship, documentation and contractor performance.

  • Oversee non-conformance management, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations, Fire Safety and environmental legislation.
  • Support procurement activity through compliance and competency reviews of tender submissions.
  • Build effective relationships with contractors and project teams to drive a positive compliance culture.
  • Deliver coaching, training and briefings to raise compliance awareness and capability.
  • Support project handover, ensuring all compliance, O&M and certification documentation is complete and accurate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
