Construction Contracts Manager
We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager (Roofing) to join a respected UK Roofing Contractor, working on a projects in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.
This company currently have 7 live projects across Central London, and they require the successful individual to work closely with the Site Management team to make sure all projects are on track.
Summary of Duties:
- Site Visits / Progress
- Conducting regular (weekly) site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Providing weekly Quality Assurance oversight
- Documentation – Drafting & Submitting
- RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
- Progress Reports
- Friday Packs (Health & Safety info pack Toolbox talks etc)
- Site Diaries
- Managing and ensuring Site Diaries are completed (by Site Supervisors)

Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Site/Project/Contracts Manager with a roofing contractor
- SMSTS, Valid Management CSCS and First Aid
- Experience working with a sub-contractor
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to drive and lead a team
- Commercial Awareness
- Ability to plan head
- Working references – essential
