Ready to take ownership on one of the UK’s most ambitious major infrastructure projects? Join EDF at Hinkley Point C and help deliver construction that will power millions of homes and businesses. Here, Success is Personal – your growth, your impact, your future.

The Opportunity

As a Construction Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in onsite construction delivery at Hinkley Point C – one of Europe’s largest nuclear construction sites. You’ll oversee daily activity, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines and goals, supporting the transition towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll join us on a salary Circa of £56,506 per annum. This is an onsite role based at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. After approximately 18-24 months, you’ll relocate to France to join EDF SA on an EPR2 project, such as Penly, Bugey or Gravelines. Hence, you’ll need to offer business-level proficiency in French communication skills.

You’ll coordinate contractors, monitor performance, and manage site activity to keep delivery on track. This is your opportunity to build expertise on a complex nuclear programme while progressing your career in a high-performing construction environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
